All services are provided in order to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, and their families/whānau.
WHĀNAU AT RISK
Support to children, young people and their families/whānau who are affected by Family Violence.
That children, young people and their families/whānau feel safe and are able to recognise when and how to seek help and to enhance life outcomes for children & young people.
is for Children, Young people and their families/whānau who need support from more than one agency:
It brings together the family/whānau and all the agencies that have a part to play in helping the family/whānau achieve its desired outcomes.
It is a structured, early intervention, family/ whānau-centred process.
The health, education and social outcomes for children, young people and their families/whānau are improved through Strengthening Families. As a result, everyone feels stronger, more connected to and supported by their communities.
SOCIAL WORKER IN SCHOOLS
To provide social work support for vulnerable children in years one to eight (5-12) and their family/whānau. The service is only available to children that attend:

To enhance life outcomes for children and young people whose social and family circumstances place them at risk of not achieving positive social and health outcomes.
