
About this Role
You will be a key member of the Mene Mai Ano team and contributor of the overall commitment of Kahungunu Executive to provide culturally safe, equitable, and responsive dental care services to the Wairoa community.
Your role will consist of:
• To provide chair side assistance to the Mene Mai Ano clinical team
• To ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients receiving care
• To ensure that clinics are set up and meet infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities
The Kaiārahi supports the delivery of oral health services by assisting clinicians, managing patient administration, maintaining infection control standards, promoting oral health education, and ensuring whānau receive a welcoming and culturally safe experience.

Experience working with tamariki, rangatahi, whānau, and Māori communities.
Previous experience in a healthcare, dental, or community support environment.
